PreOrder Items

Payment Policy
1) A minimum of $12 deposit must be paid for each order made and the amount is non-refundable so as to prevent any prank orders. Please make purchases only if you are comfortable as Mystique Chamber is a newly setup shopping blog.

2) Buyers have to pay the full(remaining) amount and post charges for the product(s) ordered upon confirmation of orders arrival.

3) Full payment upon ordering is accepted if you find it a hassle to transfer twice.

4) Payments are to be made to POSB Savings account: 170-27621-3

Cancellation Policy
1) If an order is requested for cancellation, the deposit of $12 paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Delivery Policy
1) Products will arrive in 2-4 weeks time after our orders are made and finalized with the supplier. Buyers' patience regarding the delay in receiving your products would be greatly appreciated.

2) All products will be checked for defects before mailing.

3) Delivery only done through postage:
Local postage: $1.50 for normal mail and $3.50 for registered mail. Please take note that postage charges varies according to the weight of your product(s).

4) We would like to seek for your understanding that we would not be liable for any lost mails by SingPost. Hence, registered mail is recommended.

Exchange / Refund Policy
All products will be checked for defects before mailing, thus all product(s) sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Unless there are special cases, for example:
→Wrong delivery: Colour/Size of product delivered is not what the buyer has ordered.

Any Exchange / Refund case(s) must be made known to us through email within 3 days upon issuing of products by us.

Full refund will be carried out if exchange is not possible due to products not being in stock, however, it will be based on a case-to-case situation.

Product Quality Policy
1) Actual color and material may slightly differ due to different monitor's colour resolution.

2) Measurements provided are ESTIMATED thus please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.
